Return Policy

In order to return merchandise, an RMA number must be obtained from

Unopened merchandise (except Skincare, Haircare, and Makeup items) may be returned in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt. A refund will be issued less any shipping/gift wrapping charges. 

Shipping costs incurred to return the product to us will not be refunded. 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare, Haircare, or Makeup items due to health reasons.
Please make your selections carefully. 

We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.)

  • RMA number
  • Full name and address
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Packing slip
  • Original Order Confirmation Number
  • Your reason for returning the merchandise

All returns must be shipped back to FragranceNet.com using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation) 

Any package that has not been received by FragranceNet.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper. 

**Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange. 

Damaged Merchandise:
Please contact our customer service department for an RMA. Upon receipt of the damaged merchandise a refund will be issued and an email confirmation with the total amount credited will be sent.
Note for Dropship customers:
If your customer is requesting a replacement/reship of the merchandise, it
is your sole responsibility to process a new order. 

Undeliverable Packages:
If your package is returned to FragranceNet.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", a refund will be issued for the merchandise only. Shipping charges are non refundable. 

Cancel Your Order

Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted. If you have any other questions,

Claims

You must notify us within 15 days from the date of your order if you have not received your package.
